Replies short
About the signature
In Argentina, Santiago, Chile, and Lisbon. We also have a partnership in China and lawyers with the capacity to practice in Latin America, Brazil, and Europe. Meetings can be in person or via video call.
Nothing. The exploratory meeting is free and serves to determine if your case has merit before committing to anything.
Both. We support families and investors, and also companies that relocate staff or open operations in Europe.
Regarding the purchase of properties
In most of the countries where we operate, yes. In Portugal, for example, you only need to obtain a tax identification number (NIF). The requirements vary by country, so we'll confirm this for you.
Not necessarily. With a power of attorney, we can sign on your behalf at your destination. Many clients travel only to view the property, or not even that.
It's possible, although banks typically finance a smaller percentage of the loan amount for non-residents and require more collateral. We assess your creditworthiness and negotiate with several financial institutions.
Not in all countries. In Portugal, property purchases are no longer a pathway to a Golden Visa; in Greece, they remain valid with minimum purchase amounts. If you're looking for residency, start with the Golden Visa guide.
